RN Homecare Job Details Location: Charlottesville, NC (serving Mecklenburg and Union Counties) Healthcare Setting: On-Site, Homecare Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract Start Date: December 15, 2025 Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 40 Shifts per Week: 5 (Monday – Friday) Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts (8:00 am – 5:00 pm; no weekends or overtime) Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,864 – $2,071 Mileage Reimbursement: $0.41/mile Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or Compact State Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for homecare visits Preferred: Experience with HCHB, Wound Care, IV therapy, Ports, Wound Vac, and Oasis documentation Strong assessment, care planning, and communication skills RN Case Manager Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in home and community healthcare settings Deliver case management, health maintenance, and disease prevention services Supervise care plans and support clinical staff Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Oversee medication administration, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with healthcare policies Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to physicians and care teams Complete all required nursing documentation (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual) Maintain infection control standards for medical equipment and supplies Schedule and follow up on patient health-related appointments Provide training for new employees and annual recertification on health and safety procedures Ensure unlicensed staff are trained on patient-specific health needs Ready to make a difference in North Carolina homecare?
