Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,977 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN - OR Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 1 year for RN; 2 years for Surgical Tech; first-time travelers may be considered with strong experience License: RN License required Certifications: BLS required; National Certification preferred for Surgical Tech Must-Have: Prefer Epic experience for RN. Skillset that includes multiple service lines for RN and Surgical Tech. Description: This position is for an RN in the Operating Room. The facility is a 900 licensed bed facility with a Level 1 Trauma designation. It is a teaching hospital with various specialized centers. The department has 11 operating rooms. The RN will care for patients across all service lines except for Neuro and Cardiovascular Thoracic. The role involves working with all ages. BLS certification is required for both RN and Surgical Tech. The department offers support from clinical supervisors and charge nurses. The electronic medical record system used is EPIC. Work schedule consists of 0630-1700 or 0630-1900 shifts every 6 weeks. There are no weekend shifts, on-call requirements, or holidays. The department has a positive culture. Personal scrubs are allowed in and out of the hospital, while hospital-issued scrubs are used in the operating room.
