What We Offer: Join our 26-member Patient Placement Team, supporting 7 hospitals around the clock. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement, Voalte, Genesys, and Teams to keep care moving smoothly. - What You’ll Do - Triage calls & transfers like a pro - Coordinate air and ground transport - Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams - Manage patient placement across hospitals - Schedule - 3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week) - Rotating holidays (2 major 1 minor) - No call shifts - ? What We’re Looking For - RN with 2 years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus) - Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skills - Tech-savvy and confident communicating with physicians - Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment - Why You’ll Love It: - Make a direct impact on patient flow and hospital operations - Work with a supportive, collaborative team - Hands-on experience with multiple systems and processes What We're Looking For: - Education: Associates Degree, required. BSN preferred. - Experience: - Two year, required. - Previous leadership and bed utilization experience is preferred. - Licensure/Certification: Current RN license, required. - Additional Skills (required): - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems. - Excellent problem analysis skills to develop solutions. - Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage/coordinate effectively the work of non-subordinates What You'll Do: - Triage calls & transfers like a pro - Coordinate air and ground transport - Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams - Manage patient placement across hospitals
