Charlotte, NC Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a
Paediatric Surgeon to join a well-established healthcare facility
in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
performing surgical procedures on infants, children, and
adolescents, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure
the highest level of patient care. Responsibilities: - Perform a
wide range of paediatric surgical procedures, including minimally
invasive and complex surgeries. - Diagnose and treat congenital and
acquired conditions in paediatric patients. - Collaborate with
paediatricians, neonatologists, anaesthesiologists, and other
specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans. - Provide
post-operative care, monitor recovery, and ensure optimal patient
outcomes. - Participate in hospital rounds, consultations, and
emergency surgeries as needed. - Maintain accurate medical records
and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. -
Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students or residents, if
applicable. Qualifications: - MD or DO degree from an accredited
medical school. - Board Certification/Eligibility in Paediatric
Surgery. - Valid and active North Carolina medical license or
ability to obtain one. - Fellowship training in Paediatric Surgery.
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with experience in minimally
invasive procedures. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical
