Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Experience
to circulate in Ortho, Total Joints, Vascular, GYN, Robotics,
General, Urology, ENT, Eyes, Pain, Plastics, and
Oral/Maxillofacial. Experience to scrub is preferred. Description:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient
care in the Operating Room. This role requires strong clinical
skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The RN
will work collaboratively with a team including Clinical
Supervisors, Charge RNs, and Tech Engineers. Familiarity with EMR
systems, particularly EPIC, is essential. The role may include
operating and monitoring equipment linked to patient care,
including IV pumps and med dispensing systems. The RN should be
able to adapt to various technologies and procedures in the unit.
This position involves working with an Anesthesia Team and ensuring
safety and quality in the surgical environment. The Registered
Nurse will need to possess strong communication skills to
collaborate effectively with team members. The goal is to provide
exceptional patient care and support throughout the surgical
process.
