Assist surgeons and the surgical team during procedures. Maintain sterile fields and adhere to infection control protocols. Document surgical procedures and patient care accurately. Ensure equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot as needed. Requirements: Valid Surgical Technologist certification (CST) or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in CVOR or surgical settings. Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the surgical team.
