qualified Urgent Care PA in North Carolina! About The Position We
are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a
120-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina. This role begins
on Oct 13, 2025, and features 12-hour shifts with a rotating
weekday and weekend schedule. The assignment requires autonomous
practice alongside a medical assistant and front desk team,
providing high-volume urgent care services. Job Details Location:
North Carolina Start Date: Oct 13, 2025 LOA: 120 days Provider Type
Needed: Urgent Care Physician Assistant Schedule: 36/40 hour week
rotation; most weeks are Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday in
week 1 and Monday, Thursday, Friday in week 2; 8am-8pm weekdays,
8am-4pm weekends Responsibilities and Duties Deliver urgent care
services to 40 patients per shift in a high-volume setting Work
autonomously with support from a medical assistant and front desk
staff Provide patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a
broad range of urgent care needs Manage documentation and patient
records using Epic EMR Ensure a high standard of patient care and
adherence to clinical protocols Obtain and maintain DOT
certification if not already held Additional Information Must hold
an active North Carolina license At least 1 year of experience in
urgent care or emergency room settings required; new graduates will
not be considered Must be able to work independently Basic Life
Support (BLS) and DEA certification required DOT certification
required or must be obtained before start Benefits Strong
