Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Location: Winston-Salem, NC 27103 Facility Type: Community/Teaching Hospital Shift Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 19:00–07:30 (3x12-hour nights) Pay Rate: $44/hour Contract Type: Travel Assignment (13 weeks) Block Scheduling: Yes Travel Experience Required: No Start Date: ASAP Job Overview This is a 13-week travel assignment for a night shift radiologic technologist covering inpatient, ER, NICU, and adult ICU settings. Candidates will be responsible for a high volume of routine and complex diagnostic imaging procedures including mobile and surgical imaging. Travel Requirement Candidate must live at least 50 miles or more away from the facility to qualify for this travel assignment. Preferred Experience Level I Trauma experience Enema studies Teaching hospital experience Required Skills Imaging Procedures: Musculoskeletal Abdomen/GI (supine, upright, decubitus) Spine & Pelvis (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar) Head (Orbits, Skull) Chest/Thorax Upper & Lower Extremities Fluoroscopy (Barium Swallow, UGI series, Contrast Enema) Enema studies (Barium—single/air contrast) OR Procedures (Cystoscopy, vascular, spine) Portable procedures Lumbar punctures, MBSs, ERCPs, PICC line insertions, tube placements Equipment Experience (Required): GE, Siemens, Philips Samsung Portable OEC C-arms Work Environment Settings: Adult Acute Care ER NICU Bedside/Portable OR Patient Population: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Volume: ~380 exams/day 10 exam rooms, OR, and portables Schedule & Hours Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 19:00–07:30 Orientation: 1 week (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00), followed by assigned night shift 8 hours of orientation (non-billable) Weekend Requirement: Every weekend (part of regular schedule) Call Requirement: None Float Requirement: None Scrubs: Royal Blue Job Types: Full-time, Per diem, Travel healthcare, Contract Pay: $44.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Medical Specialty: Cardiology Radiology Schedule: 12 hour shift 3x12 Night shift Weekends as needed Work Location: In person ACI Health, a Fairfax, VA–based, Joint Commission–accredited staffing and consulting partner, deploys travel, contract, and permanent RNs, LPNs, and allied clinicians nationwide, supported by robust credentialing and MSP services.
