BLS, Certification with Handle with Care preferred but training
will be provided Must-Have Skills/Experience: Experience with adult
patient populations. Description: This facility is a behavioral
health hospital with a focus on various mental health conditions.
The environment offers a supportive and professional atmosphere for
staff and patients alike. The hospital accommodates patients with
diagnoses such as schizophrenia, dementia, manic bipolar disorder,
psychosis, dual diagnosis, medical detox, depression, and anxiety
disorders. Staff will work within a structured team ensuring
appropriate patient care and safety. Patient ratios vary by unit.
Equipment utilized includes electronic health record systems.
Attention is given to maintaining a safe environment for all
individuals in care. Candidates should be prepared to deliver
compassionate and effective nursing care. Flexible scrub color is
permitted. Work hours will be scheduled in alignment with the needs
of the unit.
