This role requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Neuro/Stroke/
Neurosurgery. The unit consists of 20 beds with a patient ratio of
5:1. Equipped with Masimo vital sign machines and utilizing Cerner
for electronic health records. Nurses will be responsible for
caring for adult patient populations. Candidates should be outgoing
and possess strong communication skills. Weekend hours are required
every other weekend. Floating to other units may be necessary in
rotation. The facility provides a comprehensive range of services,
including various surgical specialties and a behavioral health
hospital. Common diagnoses include neurological disorders and
surgical recovery. Attire should consist of scrubs without
cartoons. Flip flops, hats, and vulgar clothing are considered
unacceptable.
