*Job Summary*We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient health, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.*Responsibilities** Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.* Assist in physical examinations and document findings accurately.* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.* Perform venipuncture for blood draws and other laboratory tests.* Provide support for patients undergoing gastric lavage or other medical procedures.* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.* Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with healthcare standards.* Document patient information in electronic health records systems such as Athenahealth.* Support patients in a Level II Trauma Center setting, ensuring timely care during emergencies.*Skills** Proficient in patient care techniques and protocols.* Knowledge of sonography practices is a plus.* Strong ability to perform venipuncture with precision.* Experience in senior care settings is highly desirable.* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and families.* Ability to conduct thorough physical examinations and recognize changes in patient conditions.* Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Athenahealth.* Understanding of emergency response protocols within a Level II Trauma Center environment.* Commitment to upholding healthcare standards and best practices.*Required Documents :*State LicenseCovid CardBLSDriving LicenseJoin our team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional care to our patients.
