- Starting Pay: $20.63/hour The person hired for the position
Production Operator will be responsible for producing and
assembling products in the plant. They operate and maintain
machinery, ensure production standards are met, finalize products,
and prepare them for shipping. Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers

- Observing all safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work

- Applying quality instructions & specifications
- Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure
quality objectives are met
- Loading/unloading material into & from equipment

the following qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior
to start)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even

- One (1) year of plant and/or manufacturing experience in a
public, private, government, or military environment
- Post-high school education
