***30,000 sign on bonus***We are seeking a skilled and passionate *Pediatric Dentist* searching for an exciting opportunity in beautiful *Charlotte, NC*. We are a *private practice with two locations* that are fully owned by doctors and motivated to provide *full clinical autonomy* and the ability to *build your practice* the way you want!*Duties Include:** Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis and treatment, of dental diseases in children and adolescents.* Perform routine and complex dental procedures with a focus on pediatric dentistry.* Develop and implement individualized dental care plans for patients.* Educate children and their families on the importance of maintaining good oral health and preventive dental care.* Ensure a positive, comfortable, and safe environment for all patients.* Stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry and implement best practices in patient care.* Participate in community outreach programs to promote dental health awareness among children.*Requirements:** DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.* Valid state dental license.* Board certified or eligible in Pediatric Dentistry.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.* Strong commitment to quality patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience.* Ability to manage a diverse patient population and adapt to the needs of each patient.Job Type: Full-timePay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per dayBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceWork setting:* In-person* Private practiceAbility to Commute:* Charlotte, NC (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Charlotte, NC: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In personby Jobble
