DescriptionThe Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration, plans and directs the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Associate Director, Clinic/Center Administration requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration develops and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and operating procedures for the clinic and works closely with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.Requires a bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of management experience in clinical care or related field.
  • Job is considered patient facing and is part of Humana s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
  • Candidates selected for this job will be required to be screened for TB.
  • Current CPR certificationAssociates working in the State of Florida will need ACHA Level II Background clearance.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on delivering quality, value-based care and continuously improving consumer experiences.Scheduled Weekly Hours40
