Job Description:
- BC/BE Physician - Base salary plus RVU incentives; make well
into the $300s depending on productivity - 4 weeks PTO, medical,
dental, 401k, etc - Practice in Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) in
the greater Charlotte or Shelby areas - Supervisory visit every 90
days (Review APPs notes and make suggestions; see 14-18 patients) -
Typically cover one facility per day - Lots of autonomy: M-F
schedule with ability to leave once patients are seen and
responsibilities finished, typically well before 5:00pm. -
Integrated model of care to adults who reside in skilled nursing
and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare
providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician
Assistants, Medical Assistants and in-house Support Staff. -
On-call 7am " 7pm. Triage team takes first call
