RN Home Care Agency Supervisor PACE of the Southern Piedmont, a not-for-profit, community-based organization committed to the wellness of seniors, is seeking a RN with experience in home health direct care and supervision. Duties of the Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor include but are not limited to:

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient's plan of care for appropriateness to the individual patient's needs.
• Directs and develops staff, Act as the Director, in the absence of the home care agency director.
• Maintains home care guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Maintains documentation of patient care services by auditing participants and department records.
• Completes all initial assessments, re-assessments, and supervisory visits every 90 days. On call evenings and after hours and available during the times staff is in the homes providing care.
• Provides information to patients and health care team by answering questions and requests. Experience: 1-2 years working as a RN Supervisor, with at least 1 year of experience working with the frail elderly population. Home Care experience preferred. Currently listed as RN in the state of North Carolina. They must have no substantiated findings of neglect, abuse, or misappropriation of patients.
