Speech Tactics is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) with a sincere passion for helping children and families. Speech Tactics is a well-established company with a solid reputation for prioritizing quality care for children with developmental delays and neurodevelopmental disorders. We are a multi-disciplinary team of professionals who work collaboratively to help our clients optimize their potential in all aspects of life. We are expanding our therapy division for ABA, and we are looking for the right person to join the Speech Tactics team! Speech Tactics is a people-oriented and community-focused organization that supports children and families impacted by neurodevelopmental disorders and developmental delays. We believe in a multidisciplinary team approach when it comes to evaluating and assessing the needs of the child, as well as the entire family. We serve families in the community and in our clinics, located in Charlotte, NC, and Monroe, NC. -

All candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an LCP in North Carolina.
Job Duties/Responsibilities for LCPs:

• 
  
• - Diagnose/evaluate children and adults according to the DSM-5/ Supervision if BCBA
  
• - Provide specialized interventions to children, adults, and families
  
• - Engage in ethical behaviors in accordance with the license-specific board -
  
• - Document services in accordance with policies regarding medical records as well as maintaining patient confidentiality
  
• - Maintain expertise in neurodevelopmental issues and various approaches
  
• - Coordinate care with other treatment professionals (ST/OT/PT/BCBA)
  
• - Participate in Clinic meetings, workshops, and training
