We are currently looking for a Habilitation Technician / Direct Support Professional with availability for openings in the following locations:
Concord
M-F days (personal care needs)
2-4 days a week Mid-day (community)
Afternoons and Weekend hours needed
Harrisburg
Part time (3-4 days)-primarily community hours
Huntersville/ Charlotte / Salisbury (Heavier afternoon and weekend hours)

  Job Responsibilities of a Home Care Direct Support Professional:
  
  • 
    
  • Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD
    
  • Ability to work independently in a client's home/community
    
  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
