Job Description:

Chef & Chauffeur Companion Care LLC is currently hiring CNAs, MAs and PCAs as in-home CareGivers for older and disabled adults. Duties include assisting clients with ADLs, light housekeeping, personal care, transportation, etc. Applicants MUST have clean background as well as be reliable and professional.Job Requirements:

  • Take initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner
  • Promote choices to promote well-being, quality of life preservation and highest level of independence
  • Maintain order in all areas, including trash removal and outdoor areas
  • Perform necessary errands and/or shops for essential items
  • Setting tables, serving residents, providing necessary refills or seconds, and removing dishes as residents are finished eating
  • Assist in cleaning the dining room
  • Observe Resident privacy by knocking on doors before entering, assuring privacy during baths or bathroom time, and while dressing and undressing
  • Solving, a positive attitude and love
  • Follow all directives and policy and procedures handed down by the company
  • Undressing, shaving, grooming, showers, peri care and transfers
  • Support the FMCNA commitment to the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Program (QAI) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Activities, including related to patient satisfaction
  • Providing services that benefit the resident's quality of care
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
  • Providing verbal encouragement and support to residents
  • Observe the patient after the termination of the treatment
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
  • Provide personal care to residents per individualized plan of care; documenting all pertinent information regarding care as assigned, and report status or any changes in resident physical
  • Maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents
  • Providing and performing the activities and services outlined by the resident's Service Plan
