Haskell is looking for a Business Development Manager for our
Jacksonville, Atlanta, or Charlotte offices.

actively lead in the planning and execution of sales activities to
sell services within our Infrastructure & Transportation
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, career focused, industrial
construction knowledgeable, desires to work in a fast paced, high
energy environment and brings a documented track record of sales
A customer-oriented individual that understands the need to touch
base with customers and prospects regularly, is a good listener who
looks to understand the needs of our clients and prospects to
present creative, customer-oriented solutions. Our candidate is
anxious to produce large volumes of sales quotes to achieve high
earnings by meeting then exceeding the established sales quota.
* Ability to participate in developing a sales plan in relation to
territory and Haskell target markets.
* Work independently to develop sales opportunities with corporate
buyers and facility managers.
* Identify decision makers and influencers within targeted leads to
begin sales process.
* Establish and maintain partnership relationships with existing
and new clients.
* Manage sales opportunities through the pipeline within a
geographical territory to overachieve sales quota. * Collaborate
with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic
sales approaches. * Develop sales strategies and plan sales calls
with other Haskell team members.* Ensure follow-up by working leads
with appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, company
profile information, sources, etc. * Set up and deliver sales
presentation. * Maintain and expand the company's database of
opportunities. * Participate in national construction events as an
exhibitor and/or speaker.
* Network with construction professionals through industry
organizations within the sales territory resulting in engineering
and design opportunities.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Documented successful sales expertise with existing clients and
new business prospects in the Water/Wastewater marketplace.
* Successful experience with phone and email prospecting.
* Demonstrate ability to connect and prospect construction
professionals at national events. * Excellent communication,
organization and follow-up skills.
* Use Word, Excel and PowerPoint to skillfully create documents
that describe options for the client's stated project needs. *
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of
enthusiasm. * Abilities to work independently, as well as with a

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
5 - 10 years Water/Wastewater/Industrial experience
