Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.

The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Conduct Management is the companys front line ethics and allegation management function, responsible for team member experience, end-to-end investigations, and enterprise platform management and reporting. We focus on team member feedback to drive operational excellence in our companys ethics program to ensure that team members are protected and feel comfortable raising concerns.

The Administration Planning and Logistics Team is responsible for establishing and maintaining the governance and operational infrastructure for Conduct Management and providing centralized support and services across the Conduct Management organization to meet our strategic priorities. Our Chief Administration Office function within Administration Planning and Logistics is seeking a leader for our Workforce Optimization function.

This leader will work closely with Finance and with senior leadership across Conduct Management to develop, drive, and execute core processes in support of strong, proactive financial planning and expense management. This leader will establish and drive ongoing routines and provide reporting and insights to senior leadership regarding budgeting and forecasting, GL31 reviews, project expense and travel/entertainment expense reporting and analysis, and CCAR and RRP planning and analysis.

Specific responsibilities include:



  • Build out the and core business processes to drive proactive financial planning for Conduct Management, including ongoing routines and reporting, as well as senior leader reviews
  • Build out the Expense Management team
  • Act as primary liaison with partners in Finance to support planning and forecasting deliverables
  • Design and implement expense management processes for all senior leaders, including GL31 reviews
  • Manage and proactively execute all CCAR and RRP deliverables
  • Partner with the Head of Workforce Optimization and Head of Planning and Administration to ensure that staffing and capacity forecasts are aligned with space management forecasts

    • 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services

      Other Desired Qualifications--- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner



      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
      • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Knowledge and understanding of finance concepts and practices, including forecasting
      • Knowledge of/Experience with CCAR and RRP
      • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
      • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team with senior leadership and partners in Finance
      • Demonstrated track record of successful partnership and collaboration with a broad group of stakeholders, including senior managers from disparate groups and lines of defense
      • Ethical integrity and demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and apply prudent risk mitigation principles
      • Background or experience in Finance
      • Demonstrated leadership ability that embodies the Wells Fargo Vision and Values and leadership competencies
      • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
      • Experience providing reporting and updates to senior-level management
