following job description: This is an in office role requiring
working five days per week in the locations listed on the
requisition. The Small Business – Business and Performance Manager
is accountable for helping to standardize reporting on Small
Business performance including financials, sales performance,
product, channels, and segments. This role will help shape and
continuously improve performance management by establishing and
monitoring KPIs and goals, driving transparency scorecard
management, and developing clear, concise, and consistent
performance reporting. A core responsibility of this role is
serving as the connective tissue between the data teams and Small
Business leadership - ensuring insights are translated into
decision?ready deliverables, supporting disciplined business
management routines, enabling effective leadership conversations,
meeting top?of?house reporting needs, and driving one unified
performance story and source of truth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions

time to time. Support the development of Small Business client
segment, product, and channel performance reporting. Oversee the
preparation of recurring reporting analyses and performance
packages (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) that enable
understanding of portfolio performance, leading to actionable
recommendations for Small Business leadership and strengthening
business management and sales routines. Recommend business actions
to Small Business Execution based on interpreted findings of
analyzed business reports, ensuring insights are delivered in a
concise, decision?ready format that supports a consistent
performance narrative. Collaborate on the design, communication,
and implementation of KPIs, data dashboards, and reporting
outlining the overall health of the business across solutions,
channels, and segments, with a focus on supporting effective
operating rhythms and a unified source of truth for leadership and
top?of?house reporting. Partner closely with internal stakeholders
to design, develop, and deliver high?quality recurring reporting
and insights—ensuring alignment, consistency, and applicability to

routines. Support the analysis of the banking landscape, emerging
trends, and competitive threats emerging from banking and adjacent
sectors. Contribute to the development and enhancement of business
intelligence platforms used by the business, ensuring outputs
reinforce consistent performance management routines and support
leadership decision?making. On an ongoing basis, support new
strategic initiatives by drawing on analytics and insights
QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent
combination of education and related work experience. 2. 6-10 years
of experience, or equivalent experience and related training 3.
Background in consumer financial services / banking or management /
strategy consulting 4. Problem-solving skills, ability to distil
insights from large data-sets, strong analytical, communication
skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. 5 years of experience in
management / strategy consulting 2. Deep knowledge and/or
experience in consumer / small business / direct banking 3. Proven
ability to collaborate influence across organizational siloes and
lead in a matrixed structure 4. Experience with BI tools (Tableau,
PowerBI) 5. Experience analyzing product, channel, and/or client
segments data sets and reporting Advanced BI and analytics
capability, including Power BI (data modeling, dashboard design)
and strong SQL skills to extract, join, and manipulate data across
multiple sources. Expert-level Excel proficiency, including pivot
tables, advanced functions (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), Power Query, and
the ability to build performance scorecards and recurring reporting
