associates. Job Summary This position is responsible for driving
strategic initiatives within the Category Development department,
with a strong emphasis on sustainability and carbon measurement.
This role focuses on ESG Reporting, managing supplier
relationships, and developing category strategies that align with
organizational goals and environmental commitments. The position
requires expertise in emissions reporting strategies, data-driven
decision-making, and collaboration across teams to deliver
measurable impact. Responsibilities: Data Collection & Management:
Establishing systems for gathering consistent data from suppliers,
business travel, waste, and other value chain activities. Strategy
Development: Working with category teams, operations, and other
departments to find and implement supplier decarbonization
strategies. Reporting & Compliance: Preparing reports for internal
stakeholders and external requirements (e.g., GHGP, CSRD, etc).
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with suppliers and customers
to encourage and influence participation in emission reduction
efforts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work
experience required. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in supply
chain, category, sustainability or related field; carbon
measurement methodologies and tools experience preferred. Excellent
negotiation and communication skills Ability to extract insights
from complex data sets using advanced excel skills. Ability to
influence through direct and indirect teams High proficiency with
Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment. Up to 5% Travel Annually
