Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at-all from Day One.Job DescriptionChief Data Product OfficerWe have an exciting opportunity for the right person to lead the creation of a new data product organization that will build the data products and tools of the future in partnership with our data organizations, key business leaders, and executive team. This leader will have the opportunity to oversee the development and implementation of data architecture, data governance, data analytics, data product management and delivery for this new organization and will lead a community of practice across the company supporting common tools, standards, and methods.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEThe Chief Data Product Officer is a part of the Chief Digital Officer's leadership team and will be essential to collaborating with other senior executives and departments to ensure the organization's data is accurate, reliable, timely, discoverable, and consumable via modern platforms and tools.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead our Data Strategy and technology roadmap (in partnership with engineering and architecture), and business case/investment.
  • Create, manage and optimize Data Marketplace and Product Portfolio.
  • Create, manage and oversee Data Visualization Standards.
  • Create, manage, and oversee Data Standards.
  • Create, manage and oversee Data Tool standards.
  • Manage data analytics and reporting solutions to support business decisions and financial forecasting.
  • Work with finance, IT, and other departments to design and implement data systems and processes that optimize the organization's performance.
  • Develop and maintain data security protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of product owners, designers, data analysts and data scientists and lead the community of practice for these functions across the company.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data products, data management and analysis.Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 12 or more years of relevant software engineering experience.
  • Eight or more years of experience leading multiple software engineering teams.PREFERRED Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant industry experience in financial data management and analysis, with significant experience managing senior teams in financial services, health care, or insurance industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data architecture, data governance, data analytics, product management, and digital delivery.
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments and with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams across the disciplines of product, data science, business intelligence, and engineering.
  • Experience in managing data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
