• This Program Manager will work on the Finance Technology team.
  
• The team is divided into 4 main pods that meet to discuss and track data lineage, document + report it, and oversee that everything's done correctly.
  
• He needs to bring on a Program Manager that will coordinate all 4 different workstreams and track and report data lineage properly so that if regulators ask where the bank got their data from, they will be able to site which data source it came from, which transformations or cleansing was done to it, and how it was reported.
  
• This Program Coordinator needs to be strong in progression tracking and reporting in excel.
  
• They will need to be able to merge data sets from different sources and use pivot tables to put together reports in excel that track actual vs. forecasted targets. -
  
  MUST HAVES:
  
  • 
    
  • 3-5+ years of IT Program Management experience
    
  • Needs to be able to coordinate with tech and business teams
    
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams at a time.
    
  • They will consistently have at least 4 different workstreams
    
  • Data Reporting experience with excel
    
  • Need to be able to merge data sets from different sources, and use pivot tables, VLookups, and formulas in excel
    
  • They will be collecting data and reporting on Actual Vs. Forecasted goals
    
  • Strong understanding of the project life cycle: artifacts, approach etc.
    
  • Infrastructure, implementation, process improvement experience is great
    
  • Confident presenting to executive leadership -

    • Banking or Financial Industry experience (This is a plus, but candidates with prior banking will be prioritized)
      
    • Knowledge of Capital Markets
      
      Pay Range:
      $60 to $65/hr.
