At least five years prior supervisory or managerial experience in a laboratory setting preferred. MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), HTL(ASCP) or CT(ASCP) required where technical or clinical testing is performed. Advanced education level is preferred.*Schedule: *Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (Must be flexible), holiday rotation requiredPay Range: $89,947-$106,183.50 (Must have 15-20 years of relevant experience to be considered for max salary) *+ Sign on Bonus: $5K Relocation: $4K**Experienced Required: * ABHI - registered histocompatibility technologist or ASCP-registered Flow Specialist (SCYM) or ASCP registered Medical Technologist required. Minimum of 5 years supervisory or leadership experience. Must have HLA experience. Flow experience preferred*Summary: *Will lead a team of 15 direct reports, including 1 Supervisor and 2 Team Leaders, ensuring efficient operations.
