Objective: The Warehouse Manager will increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by overseeing warehouse operations in a safe, secure, efficient and cost-effective manner that complies with company policy and OSHA, DOT and other applicable regulations. Job Duties: -- Lead, manage, and supervise warehouse and delivery associates to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions-- Attentively check incoming material into warehouse for accuracy, check materials into computer system (Solar Eclipse), oversee stocking of material that has arrived into the warehouse-- Continually improve warehouse performance in the areas of efficiency, productivity, daily workflow, inventory handling & control, and quality assurance-- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure that the correct product arrives at the right place, at the right time, in a professional and efficient manner-- Instill a mindset of customer focus among subordinates-- Direct staff actions to best match labor supply with operational requirements-- Oversee an aggressive and thorough cycle counting program-- Develop and analyze reports and develop new policies, procedures, and methods that improve operational efficiency-- Supervise and schedule maintenance of company delivery vehicles and equipment; maintain a preventive maintenance program to keep equipment in good working order-- Maintain the security and appearance of warehouse and grounds-- Other duties as assigned Key Skills / Attributes Required: -- Tenacious Work Ethic-- Engaged Leadership-- Intellect and Sophistication-- Attention to Detail, Accuracy and Precision Benefits: -- Full health, dental and vision insurance. -- 401 k -- Paid Holidays -- Vacation Pay -- Employee Referral Program -- Employee Discount -- Plus more--- Pay: $50,000-$55,000/yrPM2PI7b8b1c0f96b5-25660-35326511
