Job Description:

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Partner with the Program manager and Business leaders to establish programs and define program scope based on key business objectives.
• Facilitate the analysis and reporting on programs / projects within the initiative and the development of recommendations regarding change requests
• Communicate information, with diplomacy, upwards to the leadership team, across to the stakeholders, and down to programs and projects
• Proactively drive integration and collaboration across key business partners and technology stakeholders
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and effective communications across the initiative
• Develops business rationale for change including costs, benefits, and trade-offs.
• Drive change adoption through employee readiness, training, and effective control plans
• Drive integration with partners such as Finance, Risk, Audit to ensure that all control functions are involved
• Coordinate with the Program Manager for initiative level reporting, interdependency management, performance management, and issue, risk and change review and escalation Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or combination of 10+ years equivalent experience Required Skills
    • 2+ years' experience in Financial Services, with Retirement Financial Services a plus
    • 5+ years' experience with program or project management
    • Ability to lead complex business-readiness efforts, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Advanced communication and collaboration capabilities
    • Experience in developing project plans, stakeholder maps, budget management, resource management, risk, and contingency planning
    • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred with SAFe certification or other change management certification a plus
