Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for driving accurate, complete, and timely delivery of data. Key responsibilities include working with business stakeholders and technology teams to direct commercial banking data management activities and ensure availability for use by appropriate consumers. Job expectations include managing execution within the enterprise data management standards, data quality, and control practices.Responsibilities:

  • Works with Line of Business partners, including Compliance, Audit, and Risk to understand needs and produce data solutions, often times in partnership with Technology
  • Identifies gaps in data management standards adherence and works with appropriate partners to develop plans for resolution, including recommendations so that relevant risk and compliance policies and standards are met
  • Analyzes emerging needs for data to address risk, regulatory, or business enablement priorities and appropriately plans for interim and target state solutions within data management policies
  • Monitors key performance indicators and internal controls in accordance with established thresholds, standards, and policies
  • Project planning, team coordination, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Understand technology architecture and where/how our tools interact
  • Solution Engineering: Build solutions for Data Management teams, which may include use of any of the tools listed (report or process automation, as examples)
  • Understanding of database design best practices
  • Leading testing, signoff, and implementation for solutions
  • Coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders across teams to deliver solutions with appropriate signoff and risk oversight
  • Perform business and systems analysis activities through the project lifecycle including scope definition, business case development, requirements gathering, functional and technical design, platform assessment, test script development, training strategy and implementation, and deployment and implementation assistance
  • Assist in the development and presentation of clear and concise deliverable presentationsSkills:

    • Project ManagementRequired Skills:
      • Bachelor's degree or related work experience
      • 3+ years bank experience, project management or other data control environment
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Power Point) including advanced excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP and Microsoft Visual Basic (VBA)
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be creative, and be able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities skills needed to perform complex data analysis
      • Must possess very strong communication skills with teammates and leadership within CFO Data Management
      • Ability to create executive-ready presentations
      • Ability to work independently and take lead on addressing issuesDesired Skills:
        • PMP Certification
        • Knowledge and prior experience with Liquidity Reporting / Regulatory reporting
        • Strong knowledge and prior experience with Data Controls monitoring and/or Data Control governance practices
        • Banking or Financial Experience
        • Familiarity with BAC Enterprise Data Management Policy & StandardsShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
