Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities. Line of Business Description:Program Manager will be responsible for consolidating and leading programs in support of the LOB. Responsible for driving change across related functions, partnering with technology and supporting innovation. Also responsible for documentation of LOB processes and analysis of opportunities, this role will enable operational excellence, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and drive issues resolution to address gaps. This role also will require an understanding of process, data and root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement as it pertains to the LOB. Manage team of up to 10 Associates.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or services, or executes a function.
  • Project responsibility may require responsibility for staff and budget.
  • Serves as the primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives.
  • Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources.
  • Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches, and facilitating implementation.
  • Creates a clear, coherent, approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control.
  • Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles.
  • Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decisioning processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan.
  • Management experience with small to mid-size teams. Requirements:
    • Executive Level written and verbal skills
    • Detail-oriented to ensure quality and accurate work product
    • Comfortable working under defined timelines
    • Strong Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
    • Agile Scrum Master Certified
    • Executive Presence
    • Management Experience
    • 7 plus years' Program/Change Management including process improvement
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
    • Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. Other Qualifications:
