it". Come join us. JOB SUMMARYThe Account Manager will be part of a
highly successful and highly impactful Medical Technology &
Technology team at Addison Whitney that is dedicated largely to
non-pharmaceutical businesses. Operating with a teamwork attitude
and growth mindset, the Account Manager functions as the primary
client contact on a tactic level, supporting upper-level client
management team members and partnering with Agency Operations. This
position is responsible for the day-to-day account activities and
ensuring the execution of tactical objectives is aligned with the
client's expectations and the overall brand strategy. Depending on
specific project or client needs, the Account Manager will engage
on client calls and assist with both client needs and problem
solving to keep projects moving forward. The Account Manager will
help scope out new requests by coordinating with various
departments to pull together estimates and written scopes for
review. This role will also be a key piece in ensuring successful
client projects and satisfaction, while building rapport with the
creative teams internally through clear communication, drafting
project briefs, creative reviews and distilling client feedback.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as the liaison between client and the internal/external
stakeholders, relaying information critical to tactic development
in a timely, concise manner
- Works directly with upper-level client management to scope
projects, develop proposals, SOWs and estimates for new project
opportunities
- Partners consistently with Project Manager and Account Director
to manage changes to project parameters that may affect timing,
cost or workload
- Works within a multi-functional team, collaborating with
internal stakeholders with a focus on proactive problem-solving and
clearly communicating project status, deadlines, deliverables, etc.
to internal team members
- Builds relationships with client contacts and colleagues,
providing value as source of information relative to tactical
strategy, brand objectives, and business needs
- Continuously works to stay current with brand information
(data, strategy, competitive dynamics) and expand knowledge of
marketing principles
- Serves as lead client contact for development of tactics from
conception to completion, managing more than one at a time and of
varying complexity
- Relays client-requested changes, serving as contact to seek
additional feedback or guidance from client as needed
- Assists in writing project briefs and securing signed copies
from client
- Orchestrates pre-kickoff meetings and initiation of new client
requests
- Assist in financial control of the account, both utilization
and profitability; partner with account biller to facilitate
accurate monthly invoicing; help prepare regular
reporting/reconciliations
- Ensures all deliverables meet AW standards for quality and
excellence
- Supports upper-level account service managers on the
implementation of strategic objectives
- Partner with creative services manager and creative team leader
to manage and lead the team in all aspects of project development;
ensure delivery of breakthrough ideas/work consistent with brand
positioning and AW standards (i.e., excellent creative, on target
strategically, on time, and on budget)
- Create and maintain project timelines, schedules and budgets -
plan, monitor, appraise, and review project progress and team
contributionsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3+ years of creative agency or relevant client
experience in marketing or related disciplines required
- Possesses strong knowledge and experience for processes on
creative/strategy deliverables
- Ability to be a self-starter and problem-solve
- Ability to work within a team or independently
- Adherence to EST working hours with a strong team mentality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word,
PowerPoint, Excel)
- Performs well in a fast-paced environment with ever-shifting
priorities
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, effectively
executing multiple project streams in parallel
- Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and
writtenThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $68,000
to $85,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low
and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual
salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's
qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn
commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
