a time.The Regional Sales Manager is a field-based sales role that
requires constant client facing interaction. This position has the
potential of 50-70% (3 days) of travel per week. Responsible for
recruitment of new healthcare members and supporting the growth and
maintenance of existing membership.Healthcare/Senior Living: Key
focus is on the non-acute healthcare & senior living marketplace.
Key classes of trade are Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing,
Independent Living Communities, Active Adult Retirement Communities
and CCRC's, Inpatient Behavioral Health, Laboratory, Surgery
Center, Urgent Care, Physician Office, HME/DMEWhat we're looking
for:Required QualificationsWork Experience:Years of Applicable
Experience - 5 or more yearsSkills & Experience: Account
Management, Healthcare Industry, SalesEducation:High School Diploma
or GEDPreferred QualificationsRelevant Experience to include:
- Must have a results driven attitude with a hunger for
success.
- Familiarity with GPO's.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong analytic skills required.
- Proven track record in initiating contact with prospects/
Experience in initiating sales calls.
- Previous sales in: healthcare/foodservice distribution/medical
surgical distribution/office supplies/janitorial.Preferred
Education:BachelorsPremier's compensation philosophy is to ensure
that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in
order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees.
Premier's internal salary range for this role is $64,000 -
$118,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors
including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal
equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic
location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow
