Job Description:Regulatory Change Management across Global
Market Operations (GMO). Support Regulatory Change Management and
Laws, Rules, and Regulation (LRR) mapping across Global Market
Operations (GMO). Interact with multiple lines of business' senior
leaders, Compliance and Legal. Maintain compliance with FINRA/SEC
regulations within AMRS, PRA and other regulatory jurisdictions
globally for Global Markets Operations. Lead Privacy governance for
GMO in partnership with Privacy EAC and Global
Operations.Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the GMO Regulatory and Policy Management (RPM)
routines are executed timely, accurately, and completely in
accordance with the required cadence
- Ensure regulatory changes received from the Compliance team are
reviewed for applicability and distributed to LOB contacts timely,
determine if regulatory impacts/gaps exist and remediation plans
are created if required.
- Serve as a resource to assist the GMO Line of Business (LOB) in
determining the proper alignment of LRRs to the critical processes
and controls within GMO.
- Provide consolidated reporting for GMO Monthly Risk Meeting of
key metrics/issues.
- Ensure that high-level RPM procedures are documented and
refreshed periodically.Requirements:
- Must have prior Financial Services experiences -
Regulatory/Policy management, Audit and or Compliance experiences
preferred
- Prior Global Markets experience is preferred
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Must have strong communication experiences and be able to build
strong partnerships with stakeholders
- Support the ongoing evolution of the functional strategy;
enhance processes, identify efficiencies.Other Qualifications:
