Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Charlotte, NC): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Charlotte, NC, and the job duties are as follows:

• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
• Maintain applications according to SLAs.
• Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
• Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the team.
• Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
• Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
• Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
  
  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
  
  Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
  
  • Consulting experience across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of SAP using SAP S/4 HANA Order to Cash and Fiori;
  • Evaluating business requirements to create solutions using SAP tools including S/4, Fiori, Business Objects, and ABAP programming language;
  • Designing business processes for SAP Order to cash, and mapping and integrating data models between SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA;
  • Full life cycle implementation, including evaluations, testing, cutover, Go-Live, and post Go-Live support for both major and minor enhancements;
  • Analyzing master data, transaction data, and configuration data related to SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA;
  • Requirements gathering, design, and configuration for SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA;
  • Creating functional design, training, and deployment documentation;
  • Working with client technical team, business process leads, end users, and stakeholders as part of large-scale, global work streams utilizing SAP within Order to cash function;
  • Leading teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and reporting solutions; and
  • Conducting project and issue management, including status reporting and issue reporting, for assigned scope of work.
    
    Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
