This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a thriving and innovative company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources. This role requires a bilingual English/Spanish speaker with a background in Food and Beverage, and a Bachelor's Degree.Responsibilities:As our Operations Manager, you will be tasked with the following:1. Overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and cost-effective management of resources.2. Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and performance standards to meet organizational goals and regulatory requirements.3. Collaborating with other department heads to develop strategic plans for operational activity and set goals for performance and growth.4. Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company.5. Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations to advance the company's mission and goals.6. Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.7. Working with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.8. Identifying and targeting areas in which a business can improve operation.9. Managing and directing operations team to achieve business targets.10. Assisting HR with recruiting when necessary.11. Helping promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.2. Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish.3. 5+ years of experience in a management role in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the Food and Beverage sector.4. Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.6. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.7. Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.8. Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques.9. High proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software (CRM, ERP etc.).10.
