B2B2C Practice Management ExpertThe Retirement Sales Enablement
Practice Management Expert will be a strategic partner in the
development of a consistent and scalable practice management
framework for our client facing associates across the Retirement
Solutions team. The Retirement Sales Enablement Practice Management
Expert will provide day-to-day support primarily to Retirement
Solutions Relationship Management, Institutional Sales, and TIAA
Retirement Advice & Consulting Leaders and their client facing
associates as needed, to ensure the consistent use of practice
management routines and skills.Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategically partner with senior leaders to translate business
objectives into standard frameworks and playbooks to achieve
business outcomes. Continually assess and refine practice
management capabilities based on data and evolving business
needs.
- Facilitate a standard and ongoing approach for business
planning and pipeline management. Establish consistent and regular
routines for the integrated team to identify and act on
opportunities.
- Scale and drive adoption of Sales Process/Engagement Model to
Retirement Solutions leaders and their teams.
- Scale and drive tool adoption and optimization (CRM & Planning
Tools) by leaders and their teams.
- Work with Sales Onboarding Training & Reinforcement team as
well as Sales & Product & Skills coaches to address areas of
improvement/opportunities.
- Design and develop growth plans in partnership with the
management team to increase consistency and productivity.
- Coach on practice management and business-building techniques
that will help leaders and their teams retain and grow their
business.
- Identify needs, understand priorities, and create a plan to
improve associate productivity and effectiveness. Support the
development of leaders and associates as needed to increase
consistency in productivity.
- Partner with subject matter experts and training teams to
design and develop experiences, practice management content, and
resources as necessary.
- Analyze the associate's current practice, set targets for
improvement, and refine business development strategies and
activities to achieve their goals.Educational Requirements
