The Corporate Accounts Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible
for developing and executing a successful sales strategy for rapid
revenue growth and market share expansion. The selected individual
will strategically position LBS portfolio and build synergy across
multiple product verticals with strategically targeted customer
accounts while working across territories to drive new business,
while serving as primary account contact to provide sales, service
and support continuity across customer buying journey.
This position is part of the Leica Biosystems US Sales Team and
will be remotely based in the east coast area. At Leica Biosystems,
our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Handle our biggest customers including GPOs accountable for total
sales and profit within targeted customers.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key
decision-makers at multiple levels with the target clients - C
suite, laboratory leadership, AP leaders, coaches, and technical
buyers. Develop and present customer business case internally. Gain
wide and deep penetration with the most senior client decision
makers.
Coordinate the involvement of cross functional teams, including
Field Sales Specialists assigned to the CAM team, Marketing,
National Accounts, Customer Service, Commercial Operations and
other support teams in order to meet account performance objectives
and customers' expectations.
Develop a framework and process to proactively lead a joint
internal strategic account planning process that develops mutual
performance action plans, market share objectives, financial
targets, and critical milestones for a quarterly, annual, and
three-year horizon for targeted customers. Ensures assigned
accounts are profiled and leverages the base value proposition to
achieve business targets. Collaboratively develops account plans to
maximize the field sales team impact and shorten the sales cycle.
Uses account planning to organize actions and enable successful
progression of the sales and relationship development process.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an
on-going basis. Lead solution development efforts that best address
customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary
team members.
Act as our Brand Ambassador to drive "total Histology" as well as
Danaher cross operating company initiatives. Representing and
selling the entire LBS portfolio to all stakeholders.
The essential requirements of the job include:
BA/BS Degree, MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years demonstrated success of complex sales
experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience engaging C-level decision-makers
for major accounts.
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client
relationships.
75% travel

The salary range for this role is $120k-$145k base. This is the
range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible
compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may
ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may
be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
