JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Cybersecurity to join our growing team.

The Opportunity

As a Sr. Project Manager, Cybersecurity at JELD-WEN, you will be directly responsible for ensuring the execution of all key steps in project delivery: business, technical and functional requirements elicitation, dependency mapping, milestone projections, task level program steps, identification and regular publishing of metrics that define project success. This role will also help to set up project teams and resources, define project objectives, oversee quality control throughout the program life cycle and financial management. You will report directly to the Sr. Director, Cybersecurity.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver moderately complex or highly complex projects from planning to minimum realization with full responsibility and accountability for the business outcomes through consistent communication with project stakeholders and personnel.
  • Develop, analyze and manage the project plan including responsibility for scheduling, global resource forecasting, managing project financials and risks.
  • Monitor and control the overall project performance (timeline, budget and resource utilization) against plan and proactively communicate and make adjustments when issues and risks are identified.
  • Manage action items - includes identifying, prioritizing, assigning, monitoring, and controlling action items throughout all phases of the project.
  • Manage change requests - identify, manage, and facilitate change control decisions to client contract terms and/or project deliverables that have been signed off and placed under change control.
  • Manage budget - Update actual project costs, compare them against the project's planned budget, and define action items to manage significant variances.
  • Manage decisions - manage day-to-day decisions on a project in and evaluate formal decisions with significant impact on project outcomes.
  • Manage issues - identifying, prioritizing, assigning, monitoring, and closing issues through all project phases.
  • Manage project staff - changes to the project team as they roll on and off the project.
  • Direct and coordinate the development of requests for information (RFI) and vendor requests for proposal (RFP), working with appropriate stakeholders to provide input.
  • Hold project teams accountable for meeting or exceeding expectations by coordinating team activities, managing milestones and deliverables, providing performance feedback to team members and supervisors.
  • Control and mitigate project risks by performing the qualitative and quantitative analysis of risks and trigger events, planning risk response, creating contingency plans, anticipating dependencies affected by ongoing project changes and recommending ways to mitigate future risks to the leadership team.
  • Manage the alignment, buy-in and support of diverse project stakeholders by building and maintaining relationships with internal customers, third party vendors and senior management.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics and communicating findings to the leadership team and the stakeholders. Who You Are
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology or related field and 7 plus years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Minimum of five years Project Management experience
    • PMP required.
    • Experience in managing a large enterprise program such as ERP is highly preferred.
    • Experience in managing infrastructure and security initiatives is preferred. How You Stand Out

      • Working knowledge in Process Design and Information Technology
      • Proven capability in Project Management, Change Management, Business Planning and Implementation, and Information Management
      • Management of projects and participation in complex change programs a plus
      • Strong leadership, motivational, and project delivery skills
      • Committed to project success, and ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong negotiation skills

        Expected pay for this role is between $98,800.00 to $164,700.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
