hospitality professional to become our Assistant F&B Manager
and join our team!
Key responsibilities:
-Interact positively with guests promoting Coastal Kitchen & Bar
facilities, Executive Lounge, In-Room Dining and related
services
-Ensure quality food & beverage standards working closely with our
Director of F&B Outlets & Executive Chef
-Move throughout dining areas to visually monitor and take action
to ensure food quality and service standards are met for
consistency
-Develop and implement sales enhancing measures and exceed guest
satisfaction goals
-Evaluate competitive market and formulate recommendations based on
market trends
-Support the entire Food & Beverage operation as needed
-Train and support Food & Beverage team members for the efficient
operation of the Coastal Kitchen & Bar
-Assist the F&B department with special projects and
promotions
