About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Manager within the Card
Servicing Products Team. This leader will be responsible for
driving and building a product roadmap that maximizes value of the
investment in alignment with organizational objectives while
overseeing the delivery of that work. As part of this, you will be
gathering customer and business insights, translating that data
into opportunities, and leading the product team to deliver value.
This includes working with cross-functional partners to ensure that
revenue, customer satisfaction goals and other outcomes are
defined, validated, and met in alignment with the business's
overall strategy and goals.
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage a team of product owners and other members of
Card's Servicing Scrum Teams
Support the coaching less experienced product managers.
Develop career development plans with each member of the team.
Performance regular one on one with team members
Review and complete annual performance reviews with each team
member
Collaborate with business clients to understand their strategy and
priorities to inform scrum team priorities
Drive advance agile maturity through, product owner development and
learning path.
Develop and improve overall agile process through, requirement of
clients, epic, story development, jira use, etc.
Review and focus on ongoing staffing and capacity planning model in
collaboration with technology and level 2 product owners.
Collaborate with level 2 product owners, technology to ensure
readiness of the team for ongoing work with CSS/BCS replacement
target state.
Ensure that day to day work of the produce team remain on schedule
and manage overall risk and issue management with the product
team.
Participate in agile ceremonies, serve as escalation and issue
manage point, and drive the removal of obstacles to maintain work
deliverables.
Collaborate with level 2 product owners to focus on key priorities
and product strategy, and ensure team is ready to support overall
strategy.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Product Management experience, product development
experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination
of the following: work experience, training, military experience,
education.
2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
6 + years of Product management, product development.
5 + years direct management experience.
5 + years of experience working in an Agile environment.
Strong experience in leading agile teams and in the development and
improvement of the overall agile strategy, process through,
requirement of clients, epic, story development, jira use, etc.
Customer centricity mindset; focused on putting the customer first
in product development.
Experience developing product discovery and product value
propositions.
Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in
a matrix environment.
Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business
objectives.
Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall
organization.
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business
and functional areas.
Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate
decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing,
and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while
working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work
under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
Ability to translate and summarize complex data into
understandable, actionable information and recommendations.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all
organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and
adaptability are important.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 20%
