Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually

SEEKING A SR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER / PLANT LEVEL POSITION LOCATED IN NORTH CAROLINA, OUTSIDE OF CHARLOTTE $120-140K PLUS BONUS / SIGN ON BONUS POTENTIAL EXCELLENT BENEFITS, CORPORATE CULTURE, VACATION, AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE EXCELLENT GROWTH POTENTIAL WORK-LIFE BALANCE MUST HAVE:

4 year related degree (BS/BA)
10+ years of HR experience within CPG Manufacturing (Food, CPG, Pharma, Chemical)
5 years as a plant HR Manager within a manufacturing plant (not Distribution center)
Excellent employee relations, leadership, HR policies and procedures, people skills
Job stability
Promotable / track record of progression and promotions
Results focused, history of accomplishments and successes
Experience within a highly progressive, Fortune 500 Manufacturing company
Strong leadership, communication and people skills. Passionate about HR
