YOUR ROLE
--- Lead the internal and external audit team. Conduct internal and
external audits, assign and drive corrective action tasks to
completion, and perform verification and effectiveness reviews as
required.
--- Completion of PPAP package and customer specification
review.
--- Coordinate completion of customer surveys, quality manuals,
agreements, and document control for plant in Henkel's
database.
--- Work with floor supervisors and operators to develop a list of
continuous improvement initiatives for the plant. Prioritize
initiatives and follow up on actions to ensure completion.
Determine necessary resources and costs to complete
initiatives.
--- Conduct customer impact reviews for management of change
projects and c oordinate all onsite audits and customer visits.
--- Support regional process audits that will determine gaps in
North America IMS processes and maintain IMS certifications in line
with audit schedule/calendar
YOUR SKILLS
--- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or relevant Science
discipline required
--- 3-5+ years' experience within chemical manufacturing or
similarly regulated industry
--- Lead auditor experience/credentials required
--- Knowledge and experience with ISO/QS standards (ISO 9001, IATF
16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001). cGMP and SAP proficiency is a
plus
--- Experience utilizing Six Sigma, Minitab, 8D, and A3 tools
preferred
--- Adhesives, sealants, or coatings experience preferred
The salary for this role is $70,000- $94,000. This is the range
that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for
this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted
range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the
future.
