Job Description:

While the Youth Group currently consists of 40 students in 6th-12th grades, we have a large
population of elementary students soon to be added to the Youth Group. Current
programming includes bi-monthly large group meetings, Sunday School classes, fellowship
gatherings and occasional service projects. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Youth Director
to lead our growing Youth Ministry toward the vision of "our youth worshiping Christ (Him),
fellowshipping together (We) and reaching out to their friends with the gospel (Proclaim) so
that the youth of Cross Park and South Charlotte might thrive in the gospel."Position Qualifications:Ordination is not required, though it is preferred. Successful completion of a Master of Divinity
degree is necessary.
