Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at-all from Day One.Job DescriptionAs part of the Enterprise Authentication Platform Team, this person will lead a team of Professional Services specialists in assisting host applications in the integration of core Digital Authentication capabilities, ensuring that U.S. Bank delivers best-in-class "One U.S. Bank" digital experiences to customers and employees in a reusable, scalable, and cost-effective way. This individual will help transform how we deliver the bank's core authentication products and services to internal and partner teams through the leadership of a team which provides consulting services and guidance in the adoption of customer journeys across the enterprise and for all our customer types.The Professional Services Manager will be a crucial role within the Digital Authentication Platform team, to help guide the adoption of the authentication platform products and delivery of solutions to clients. The position actively engages in cutting edge authentication projects for several high-profile internal clients and partners. Work will be in a dynamic and continually evolving environment with clients, partners as well as colleagues within our platform team.The ideal candidate will be able to work across multiple projects simultaneously and be able to handle tasks such as managing the library of integration, deployment, and testing documentation of all of the Digital Authentication Platform products. Partnering with our core Product Management leads is essential, assuring that our core products are integrated properly, core product standards are adhered to and that new product change requests are funneled to the appropriate product owners via our product intake processes. -The role holder will be expected to collaborate with internal and partners product management teams and internal and partner engineering teams. Their primary goal is to ensure our partners successfully integrate the Digital Authentication Platform solutions. Key activities:

  • Manage the design of product documentation, managing the library of integration, deployment, testing documentation and artifacts of all of the Digital Authentication Platform
  • Participating in our Digital Authentication Platform intake request review meetings
  • Initiating customer discovery workshops and meetings and act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the integration of core authentication capabilities
  • Deliver and review technical documentation as part of the product delivery including requirements analysis, gap analysis and solution design
  • Provision of technical training and support to customers during project delivery
  • Manage a team of professional services specialists Creates value in the Professional Services function by:
    • Driving continuous improvement in our ability to enable repeat deployments across the enterprise
    • Enable our partners with the documentation, guidance, and education of the digital authentication product deployments
    • Managing ongoing measurement and reporting of these commitments
    • Consistently delivering work that meets or exceeds commitments
    • Create enterprise product roadmaps aligned with partner business objectives
    • Reporting regularly on delivery roadmaps to senior leadership
    • Motivates and engages team members to achieve peak performance and high job satisfaction
    • Strategic planning, roadmap development, and maintaining a healthy delivery backlog Preferred Skills/Experience
      • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
      • 10 or more years of product or project management experience
        • Strong interpersonal and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
        • Strong product, project, and delivery management skills
        • Relevant industry experience to enable comfort with business and technical aspects of the role
        • Comfortable working with clients to deliver work and solve problems
        • Motivated, hard-working team player with initiative and able to self-manage
        • Understanding of authentication, fraud/security technologies such as multi-factor authentication, threat intelligence, transaction monitoring, identity, access management, information security concepts such as network security, and UX constructs
        • Technical understanding of API integrations and deployment of reusable components
