Our Challenge
As a Delivery Manager/Client Partner, you will work independently on design and architecture decisions while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Development teams. You should have a technical background in AI/ML and/or Java, have experience in large-scale systems development and coding, and feel comfortable leading several developer and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Be able to independently take technology decisions on design & architecture as a Technical Architect

Clearly communicate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, & Development Teams; be a leader who can guide Product Owners & Development Teams to ensure the best design for a product

Requirements
You are:

Equipped with over 15+ years' track record in developing and delivering global/regional IT capabilities for a multi-national/regional company with annual budgetary responsibility

A team lead (with experience leading 5-10 developer teams)

Aspiring to be a Delivery Head and have a technical background in AI/ML or Java

A strong leader with experience in managing IT delivery teams

Experienced in communicating with technical stakeholders

Experienced in implementing large-scale, highly available applications or other large project implementations

Experienced in service-oriented technologies

Results-oriented, with a focus on delivery

Experienced in actual systems development work with prior coding, functional specifications and technical specifications, and systems development and testing experience (at least 8 years total)

A highly effective communicator, with the ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders and non-technical stakeholders alike

A good problem-solver, with strong analytical, synthesis, system thinking, and solutioning skills

Equipped with excellent domain modelling skills - you can visualize & create domain models for medium-to-high complexity applications, and should be able to express these models as class/table structures easily

Able to lead & design applications from inception to production

Highly understanding of distributed systems & Microservices

Very experienced with Spring Boot - you can create new applications from scratch and guide the team on best practices

An expert in GitHub (or equivalent) - you can setup new development workflows, do peer reviews and provide meaningful feedback to the team through peer reviews

It would be great if you also had:

Experience working with Redis, Kafka, or equivalent

Experience in the Banking industry
