Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization We are looking for a Business Development Sales Manager for the Midstream Industry to generate new business opportunities. Your role will be to seek new opportunities through a combination of market research, networking, and outreach to strategically identify and contact qualified leads. Business development representatives book meetings, moving leads into the sales pipeline from first contact until you close the deal. Your job is to ensure that the business grows by bringing in new clients and generating revenue by utilizing a technical sales team and/or collaborate with other sales related departments. This person will design and personalize a business plan to find, develop, and close new business in the vertical. Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails and in person networking
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to the Business Development Director on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results YOU MUST HAVE
    • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field. WE VALUE
      • A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
      • Excellent team and communication skills
      • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
      • An ability to influence across a broader organization
      • An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
      • Significant experience in selling (industrial) products
      • Deep technical expertise
      • Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape Additional Information
