CityPark View, a Preferred Apartment Community, is currently
accepting applications for an experienced Assistant Manager. The
primary duty of the Assistant Manager is to lease apartments,
retain residents through customer service, market the community,
handle administrative and financial responsibilities for the
assigned community, and oversee the community in the absence of the

Verify vendor statements and billing discrepancies.
Visually inspect apartments for move-ins, move-outs, special
resident requests, and turnkey inspections and follow through with

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:

with PRMs standards
Read and/or listen to resident requests/complaints
