It's an opportunity to do your life's best work.(sm) This role responsible to support Patient Financial Services Operations for Acute Care Hospitals, Outpatient Medical Clinics, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers across multiple clients. This position will lead a team of individuals whose primary responsibility claims processing, claims follow-up, and overall accounts receivable management. This will include the billing and collection of patient encounters to Commercial and Government insurance carriers. The role will focus on identifying Revenue Cycle improvement opportunities, quantifying impact, recommending solutions, and also leading implementation of initiatives. If you are located in PST, MST or CST zone, you will have the flexibility to telecommute as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:

• Leading billing and collections initiatives within their assigned Client
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for meeting metrics
• Team member development and mentoring
• Leading Internal and Client facing performance calls
• Serving as an escalation point for performance
• Positions in this function include those responsible for management and administration of multiple functions, or management of general business operations
• May include day to day site operations, management leadership internal and external to organization, accountable for financial and non-financial results (budgets and actuals)
• Project management and implementation, staff management
• Provide leadership to and is accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years Revenue Cycle experience in a Manager or Director role
  • 5+ years previous Patient Financial Services experience including billing, collections, etc. Preferred Qualifications:
    • Undergraduate degree
    • Experience working in acute care or a hospital environment
    • Experience partnering with behavioral health specialties or clinics
    • Experience managing team metrics and KPIs
    • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced formulas
    • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to identify trends and influence business decisions

The salary range for Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
