*District Manager Position Summary*

Effective District Managers (DM) provide leadership to 5-10 restaurants while overseeing our management staff and developing talent within the restaurants. DM's act as a liaison between the restaurant staff and the support office by utilizing effective communication. The day-to-day tasks involve focusing on daily sales, cost of goods sold, labor, and guest relations for each restaurant. DMs are also responsible for ensuring that all marketing rollouts and employee trainings are executed perfectly. DMs operate within our brand standards, company vision, and policies and procedures while being accountable for themselves and their teams.

*Requirements and Essential Duties*

- Must have minimum of 2 years GM Experience and 3 years of Restaurant DM experience

- Must currently reside in the greater Charlotte, NC area.

- Thorough knowledge of utilizing performance metrics and management systems.

- Strong math and communication skills.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

- Must be comfortable with confronting conflicts with employees and guests.

- Excellent coaching and follow up skills.

- Ability to plan, is goal oriented, and a solution-based problem solver.

- Must be willing to relocate or currently live near the district. Daily travel is required.

- Open availability

- Conducts quarterly AOR's to ensure each unit operates according to the quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards of the brand.

- Follows up in store POP placement, advertising, and promotional initiatives.

- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations (I.e., OSHA, ADA, DOL, EEOC)

- Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and help's general managers develop corrective action plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
