It all begins with outstanding talent. It all begins with you. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant. This role will be a direct report to the Head of Advisor and Client Experience within WIM and be responsible for the Client Associate (CA experience) across WIM. This role will focus on all aspects of improving the experience for our client associates who work with financial advisors to serve their client needs. This person will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunities, working with Advisor and Client Experience Team as other product and operations teams to develop plans to address, and then hold partners accountable to execute on initiatives. This role will also be responsible for meeting with client associates both in person and zoom to gather feedback and identify areas of opportunity. They will also be responsible for presenting to groups of Client Associates om a frequent basis both in person and remotely (zoom, teams, skype, phone). Ideal candidate will have experience either as a client associate, managing client associates, or working on teams that directly interact with client associates. Candidates need to be knowledgeable on operational processes and key product areas across WIM. Need a self-starter who can drive change across the organization. In this role, you will:

  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve the Client Associate Experience within WIM
  • Strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and feedback, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations to improve experience
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Assist with escalated issues from Client Associate population
  • Collaborate and consult with team members and leaders to drive strategic initiatives Required Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
      • Experience as a Client Associate, Leader of Client Associates, Home Office support role, or operations leader that has experience interacting directly with Client Associates
      • Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 Job Expectations:
        • Hybrid work schedule This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
